Small guide for expeerly clients who are new to loadbee to syndicate expeerly reviews accross the loadbee network
Step 1: Loadbee agreement
- The expeerly client (”client”) needs to sign an agreement with loadbee for review syndication
- The agreement is free of charge if used to syndicate only expeerly reviews
- The client can also upgrade to chargeable loadbee services, this will be directly agreed between the client and loadbee
Step 2: Loadbee onboarding
- The expeerly account manager (”account manager”) is contacting [email protected] with the client account manager in cc to inform about a new expeerly syndication account. Loadbee support will then create the new client account
- The expeerly account manager needs to schedule a call with the client and loadbee support for an onboarding session containing info how to create new products on the loadbee platform
- During the onboarding call the account manager can be optionally present, as its the clients responsibility to set up the necessary product info on loadbee
- Loadbee support and the client need to agree on the syndication regions and retailers, where client products are sold
- Once all products are set up, the client informs the expeerly account manager
Step 3: Expeerly uploading reviews
- The expeerly account manager will inform the CPO/head of distribution that a new loadbee login is required. The CPO asks loadbee support for the new login, indicating the correct email address
- The expeerly distribution team (”distribution team”) will get the separate review login for the loadbee platform from loadbee support
- The distribution team will upload all applicable reviews to the loadbee platform and inform the expeerly account manager when complete
Step 4: client publishing review
- The client can now publish the reviews via the loadbee interface
What if the client is already a loadbee client?
